Based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters, Founder Richard Sherwood's experience continues to mold Front Row into the successful firm it has become today. Prior to founding Front Row Marketing Services, Mr. Sherwood served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Network International. A subsidiary of SMG, the world's largest facility management firm, Network International conducted business in over 70 arenas, stadiums and convention centers and boasted billings of over $12 million for advertising and sponsorship sales services. Mr. Sherwood also coordinated Network International's relationship with the National Hockey League's Philadelphia Flyers from 1989-1993, leading all of the team's advertising sales activities.
Mr. Sherwood served as Director of GD/T Sports Marketing, a division of the New York Times Company Magazine Group. There he developed and managed corporate sponsorships for many major golf, tennis and skiing events. An author of industry articles, a frequently cited authority on venue advertising, and a popular guest speaker, Mr. Sherwood's quarter of a century of experience provides the foundation and vision for Front Row Marketing Services.

Adrian’s role is to run the day-to-day business operations of Front Row Marketing Services. Working out of our Philadelphia, PA headquarters in the Wachovia Center he supervises all Regional Vice Presidents, implements new corporate policies and procedures, and heads-up new business development with Dick Sherwood and Eric Smallwood. Adrian’s experience comes from the marketing and sale of naming rights sponsorships, premium seating sales, and advertising partnerships for arenas, stadiums, teams, concert tours, and amphitheatres throughout the United States and Canada.
Prior to his current role at Front Row, he doubled his responsibilities by also serving as the Sr. Director of Advertising Sales for the Philadelphia Flyers, Sixers, Phantoms, Wings, and Wachovia Complex. Recently Adrian created the platform for the Philadelphia Soul to be the most successful team in the AFL. This resulted in a close relationship with the band Bon Jovi (Jon Bon Jovi being a co-majority owner of the Soul) and in 2005 Adrian sold two high-profile sponsorships for the band’s 2005-2006 Have a Nice Day World Tour. Adrian has been with Front Row since 1999 in various roles. He is a graduate of Tulane University and has also worked for the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena prior to his tenure with Front Row.

Eric has extensive industry knowledge, particularly from the research and analysis side. Eric came to Front Row from Joyce Julius and Associates, a sports industry research group. At Front Row, Eric directs all project management for the company and also directly coordinates sponsorship analysis for various Comcast Cable division offices.
Eric’s past responsibilities with Front Row included leading team projects in the areas of Marketing and Sponsorship Evaluation Analysis as well as overseeing project work at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre in Abbotsford, British Columbia, the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, British Columbia, the South Peace Community Multiplex in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario and the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Eric recently completed the negotiations for the Essar Centre in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario with Essar Steel Algoma Inc.

Steve oversees the sales efforts for Front Row with the Portland Pirates of the AHL, NBC Retail Operations, UCF Arena, Adirondack Phantoms, Glens Falls Civic Center, and Roanoke Civic Center. Before joining Front Row, Rex worked for the Portland Pirates, the Portland Radio Group, the Ad Sales Department of Comcast Spectator, which includes the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL club), the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA club), the Philadelphia Phantoms (AHL club), the Philadelphia Wings (NLL club), the Philadelphia Kixx (USSF club), the Wachovia Center, the Wachovia Spectrum and Comcast SportsNet. Prior to his employment at Comcast Spectator, Rex worked at KYW Newsradio 1060 AM.

Brad is based out of Kansas City, MO and currently oversees Front Row's sales efforts at The Mountain Winery, the Iowa Events Center and the Budweiser Events Center. He previously was accountable for increasing facility profitability through the development and management of comprehensive marketing, corporate sales and premium seating packages at Kemper Arena. Brad formerly was involved with Investor Relations and Special Projects at Block and Company, a commercial real estate company that specialized in retail development and management.

George oversees the sales efforts for Front Row at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, the Augusta Entertainment Complex in Augusta, Georgia, the Miami Beach Convention Center, in South Beach, Miami, the John Labatt Centre and London Knights of the OHL in London, Ontario, the WFCU Centre and Windsor Spitfires of the OHL in Windsor, Ontario and the Miami-Dade Metromover Naming Rights. Previously, George oversaw our sales efforts with the Cleveland Gladiators of the AFL. George brings over 18 years of service in the professional sports & entertainment industry. His experience includes running both major league and minor league teams in various leagues. At the major league level, George was the former Vice President of Corporate Sales for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association, the Director of Corporate Sales for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays of Major League Baseball and the Director of Corporate Sales for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League. At the minor league level, he served as the Vice President of Business Operations/General Manager for the Central Hockey Leagues’ Youngtown SteelHounds, the Vice President of Business Operations/General Manager for the United Hockey Leagues’ Saginaw Gears & the Vice President of Business Operations/General Manager for United Hockey Leagues’ Winston Salem Ice Hawks.
In addition, George also brings a tremendous amount of experience running sports and entertainment venues. He served as the National Sales Manager for Global Entertainment Marketing systems, where he was responsible for the sales and operations of various sports & entertainment venues around the United States.

Bryan works out of our Philadelphia, PA headquarters overseeing all of Front Row’s business efforts in British Columbia, Canada and is involved with sales for the New York Islanders and the NBC Experience Store. Bryan joined Front Row in the fall of 2007 as Director of Corporate Partnerships for the New York Dragons (AFL), before assuming his current role.
Bryan has over ten years of experience in the sports marketing and entertainment industry. He began his career at IMG, managing events and selling corporate sponsorships for entertainment properties and high profile athletes. Subsequent to joining Front Row in 2007, he managed PGA Tour star, Jim Furyk’s, annual pro golf event, which showcased the top golfers in the world. Bryan currently oversees project work at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre, Encana Events Centre, South Okanagan Events Centre and Penticton Vees (BCHL).

Liam’s role as Project Manager is to oversee the sponsorship sales for the New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ, and premium seating sales at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, Canada. In addition to these duties Weseloh is also responsible for the sales of Front Row Analytics, the sponsorship analysis division of Front Row Marketing Services. Prior to his current role, Liam was the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the world champion Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. While with the Soul Liam and his staff were consistently ranked as one of the top two teams in the league with regards to sponsorship sales.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Weseloh received a full athletic scholarship in swimming and graduated from Southern Illinois University and later earned his Masters Degree from Georgia Southern University in Sport Management. Liam has been with Front Row Marketing Services for four years and currently resides in Sicklerville, New Jersey.

Chris has been responsible for Front Row’s corporate sales efforts with Temple University’s Athletic Department and the Liacouras Center for over five years. Chris started with the company in 2001, as Director of Group Sales for Old Dominion University until he was promoted to Wachovia Complex Group Sales as a Sports rep to sell the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Phantoms, Philadelphia Soul, and the Philadelphia Wings. Chris was promoted again in 2005 where he was named the Director of Corporate Sales for Temple Athletics where he has played a crucial role in developing record sponsorship numbers for the Owls. Most recently Chris was promoted to Project Manager to also oversee Advertising and Premium seating sales for the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton NJ.

Laurie’s role as Project Manager is to oversee the sponsorship and premium seating sales for the Iowa Events Center, Des Moines, IA, and sponsorship sales for the Augusta Entertainment Complex, Augusta, GA. Prior to her current role, Laurie was the Senior Director of Corporate Sales and Premium Seating at the Iowa Events Center. Laurie joined Front Row Marketing Services in the fall of 2004 as the Director of Advertising and Sponsorship for the Iowa Events Center.
Laurie has over ten years of experience in sports marketing and entertainment industry. She began her career with SMG Co. (World’s Toughest Rodeo) in sponsorship sales. Prior to joining Front Row she was at The MARK of the Quad Cities as the Corporate Sales Manager for over four years. She received her BS in Sports Management from Iowa State University. Laurie is currently based out of Des Moines, IA.

Bob is responsible for the marketing and public relations efforts of Front Row Marketing Services and also supports our new business endeavors. He is based out of the Philadelphia, PA office in the Wachovia Complex, where he has been since he relocated in 2007.
After completing an internship with Front Row, Bob was hired as Project Coordinator and spent over two years working in Florida where he contributed to multiple projects including the University of South Carolina – Aiken Convocation Center, City of Daytona Beach, FL, Pinellas County, FL, Maricopa County, AZ, Phoenix Convention & Theatrical Facilities, and Tampa Sports Authority. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Based in our Philadelphia corporate office, Joe is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Front Row Marketing’s sponsorship analysis division, Front Row Analytics. In his role as Analytics Manager, Joe is directly responsible for the reporting and public relations for Front Row Analytics. He has successfully worked with the Seattle Sounders, Philadelphia Flyers, Seattle Seahawks, The Solheim Cup, LPGA, and Dover Motorsports. Joe originally joined Front Row as an intern in the corporate office after completing an internship with the AFL’s Philadelphia Soul and was hired full time as a Project Coordinator following his graduation from Millersville University in 2006. Originally from Langhorne, PA, Joe is an avid Penn State football supporter and season ticket holder. Joe has been with Front Row for over four years and currently resides in Delanco, NJ.
